FAQ HOW IT WORKS

How does payment work?

  • At first, I download all raw materials and check if everything is ok (before I start editing).
  • After that you pay 50% of the total cost (via direct transfer to my Georgian bank account, via PayPal or via other suitable way).
  • Working process, drafts, confirmations from your side, the final result from my side (not in the final quality).
  • You pay the final 50% and I send the full scope of the completed files to you. We are both happy and looking for the next projects together;-)

How does "color grading" work?

You show some references of color grading that you like and I will try to get the desired result (during this I will send some still images to get confirmation from you before the final color grading of the whole video is applied). Or you give me creative freedom (in this case, I will also send some still images to get confirmation from you before the final color grading of the whole video is applied).

How to transfer raw materials to you?

Dropbox (preferably) or you can propose some other way.

The size of raw materials is so big. Can I reduce it to upload it faster?

If you want color grading completed by me then I need to have all original files. But if you are not going to use my color grading service you can create proxy files and upload it instead of original files. This way allows you to reduce the total size x10 times (50 Gb instead of 500 Gb as example).

I have created a detailed video tutorial on how to do this – just let me know and I will send it to you to ensure everything is done correctly.

What video editing software do you use?

Editing – Adobe Premiere Pro
Color Grading – DaVinci Resolve

Can you reflect my editing style?

My experience and skills allow me to manage this in probably 90% of cases. At the moment of writing this, I haven’t faced other 10% yet.

How can we start / discuss my project?

You are free to contact me however you are most comfortable (see CONTACTS page).
